| 释义 | 發射火器 To fire a gun or other weapon which can propel a thing by means of explosive. In Hong Kong, it is an offence to discharge any cannon or firearm without lawful authority or excuse within 200 metres of any dwelling house or any motor road to the annoyance of any inhabitant or passer-by, and who, after being warned of such annoyance, again so discharges any such weapon: Summary Offences Ordinance (Cap 228) s 14. It is also an offence to, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, discharge or otherwise deal with any arms or ammunition in a manner likely to injure, or endanger the safety of, any person or property or with reckless disregard for the safety of others: Firearms and Ammunition Ordinance (Cap 238) s 22. See also Firearm. 以手槍或藉爆炸物推動的其他武器作發射的行為。在香港，如任何人無合法權限或解釋而在任何住宅或行車道路200米範圍內發炮或發射火器，以致對任何居民或路人造成煩擾，並且在引起此項煩擾而遭警告後，仍再發炮或發射火器者，即屬犯罪：《簡易程序治罪條例 》（第228章）第14條。任何人如無合法權限或合理辯解而發射或以其他方式處理任何槍械或彈藥，而其方式是相當可能傷害或危害任何人或財產的安全的，或是在罔顧他人安全的情況下發射或處理該等槍械或槍彈的，亦屬犯罪：《火器及彈藥條例》（第238章）第22條。另見 Firearm。 |
