释义	國際法律爭議 A justiciable contention for which a decision, judgment, or advisory opinion of an international judicial forum is sought. an international legal dispute has been defined as ‘a disagreement on a point of law or fact, a conflict of legal view of interests’ between two international legal person: Mavrommatis Palestine Concessions case (Greece v UK), Jurisdiction 1924 PCIJ ser A No 2. The International Court of Justice reasserted this definition in 1962: South West Africa cases (Preliminary Objections) 1962 ICJ Rep 328. Existing international law and practice is applicable in an international legal dispute.
