| 释义 | 特許發出人 A person who gives to another a licence to do, on defined terms, an action that would otherwise be prohibited: for example, to enter land, to use intellectual property, or to sell liquor. A licensor may be a private landholder, an owner of other property, or a governmental organisation vested with the power to issue licences under the relevant legislation. See also Licence. Intellectual property - In copyright law, an owner or prospective owner of a registered design or patented invention, or any body of persons acting as an agent in relation to the negotiation or granting of licences in respect of such registered design or patented invention.
