| 释义 | 議事程序紀錄的簿冊 A record of all the minutes of the meetings of the board of directors of a company and of the general meetings, which shall be kept at the registered office of the company: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) ss 119, 119A. Subject to such reasonable restrictions as the company may by its articles or in general meetings impose, the books containing the minutes of proceedings of any general meeting of a company shall during business hours be allowed for inspection by any member without charge: s 120.
