释义	住宅房屋 A building or part of a building in which people actually live or which is physically capable of being used for human habitation: Lewin v End [1906] AC 299. A house may be so even if a large part of it is for the time being used for non-residential purpose: Lewin v Newnes Ltd (1904) 90 LT 160. However, business premises are not regards as dwelling house by reason of their being used for having meals there or sleeping: Lewin v End, supra.
