| 释义 | 最低工資率 A wage rate set in an industrial award or agreement, or by legislation, below which no employee to whom the award, agreement or statute applies may be paid. A trade board may recommend a general minimum time-rate of wages for time-work in their trade. Any of the minimum rates may be fixed by the board so as to apply universally to the trade or so as to apply to any special process in the work of the trade or to any special area, or to any class of workers in the trade, or to any class of workers in any special process or in any special area: Trade Boards Ordinance (Cap 63) s 4.
