| 释义 | 軍力 1. The entire regular military personnel of a state, including combat troops, reserves, and staff. In certain combat situations, it may also include irregular militia and paramilitia. The HKSAR does not have its own military force as its defence is the responsibility of the Central People’s Government of the PRC: Basic Law art 14 para 1. The military law of individual states regulates the maintenance, discipline, and operation of its military force. 2. Any resort to the use of force pertaining to war, whether international or civil, by the designated armed personnel of a state.
