| 释义 | 大麻樹脂 A substance consisting of the separated resin, whether crude or purified, obtained from any plant of the genus cannabis: Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (Cap 134) s 2. The mere possession of parts, such as some leaves and stalk, of cannabis plant containing resin in itself does not amount to possession of ‘cannabis resin’, it must be shown that it is part of the ‘flowering or fruiting tops’ of the cannabis, that is the floral structure at the top of the stems, from which resin has not been extracted: R v Goodchild (No 2) [1977] 2 All ER 163, [1978] 1 All ER 649. The concentration of tetradro-cannabinol in cannabis resin is about 15%: A-G v Dil Bahadur Gurung [1994] 2 HKC 476 (CA). Also known as ‘hashish’.
