| 释义 | 買入期權 A right or option conferred by a contract to buy a fixed amount of issued shares or securities at an agreed price (exercise price) within a specified period of time (currency of the option). Under such contract, one person (the taker) gains the right to require another person (the writer) to sell certain shares or securities as agreed to him or her at the exercise price at any time during the currency of the option or at maturity of the option, as the case may be. The option itself is a property right which can be transferred or assigned.
