释义	按標準收費表計算的合約 In building law, one of the forms of ‘measure and value’ contract in which the cost of work to be performed is calculated by measuring the work actually performed and applying an agreed schedules of rates to it: for example A E Farr Ltd v Ministry of Transport (1965) 5 BLR 94. The contract permits the contractor to claim payment in respect of increases in basic rates of labour and the cost of materials arising after the date of the contract: for example, RICS Conditions of Contract cl 31. The rates pertaining at the date of the contract are set out in a schedule: for example, RICS Conditions of Contract cl 3. It is distinguished from a ‘provisional lump sum contract’.
