释义	除外的授予 A general grant of representation to administer the property of a deceased estate except for the particular property disposed of according to the terms of the will, which is the subject of a limited grant. As opposed to a general grant caeterorum issued for the remaining estate property once a limited grant for particular property has been made. If the special executor obtains his grant (limited to the property or purposes for which he is appointed) first, the subsequent grant made to the other executor is called a caeterorum grant. If that other executor is the first to apply, he obtains a grant save and except the property in respect of which the special executor has been appointed.
