| 释义 | 准侵害訴訟 Originally, an action for an intentional act or statement which indirectly caused damage to a plaintiff. It was developed to allow a remedy to a plaintiff who suffered damage or injury as the result of an intentional wrong which was indirect and thus not classified within the existing categories of intentional torts. It was later extended to cover accidental torts such as negligence.
