| 释义 | 交易所參與者 1.A person: (a) who, in accordance with the Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, may trade on or through the Exchange; and (b) whose name is entered in a list, register or roll kept by the Exchange as a person who may trade on or through the Exchange: Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap 571) sch 1 pt 1 s 1. An applicant for the participantship must be of good financial standing and integrity. He must satisfy legal status/residence requirement, capital and liquid capital requirements, age requirement, dealership requirement, etc. An Exchange Participant must hold a Stock Exchange Trading Right which is on a transfer basis. A participant shall comply with other requirements for Exchange Participantship as the Exchange may from time to time prescribe. 2. In relation to an exchange outside Hong Kong, means a person who, in accordance with the rules of that exchange, may trade through that exchange, and whose name is entered in a list, roll or register kept by the exchange as a person who may trade through that exchange: Securities and Futures (Financial Resources) Rules (Cap 571N) r 2. 1.指符合以下條件的人：(a) 根據香港證券交易所有限公司規則可以在交易所或透過交易所進行買賣；及(b) 其姓名或名稱已獲登錄在由交易所保管的、以紀錄可在交易所或透過交易所進行買賣的人的列表、登記冊或名冊內（《證券條例》（第333章）第2（1）條）。申請成為參與者的申請人必須擁有良好的財政狀況和正直的品格。他必須符合法律地位/居所規定、資本與流動資本要求、年齡規定、交易商資格規定等等。交易所參與者必須擁有可作轉讓的證券交易所交易權。參與者應符合由交易所就交易所參與者訂明的其他規定。 2. 就香港以外地方的交易所而言，指按照該交易所的規章，可透過該交易所進行交易的人，而其姓名或名稱是已記入該交易所備存的列表、名冊或登記冊內而列為可透過該交易所進行交易的所實際擁有的在香港成立的公司：《證券及期貨事務監察委員會條例》（第24章）第2（1）條；《商品交易條例》（第250章）第2（1）條。 |
