| 释义 | 就職宣誓 An affirmation, declaration or promise required by the constitution or under statute to be made by persons entering upon the duties of public office, concerning the performance of their functions and integrity within that office: for example, Basic Law art 104. When assuming office, the Chief Executive, principal officials, members of the Executive Council and of the Legislative Council, judges of the courts at all levels and other members of the judiciary in the Hong Kong SAR must, in accordance with law, swear to uphold the Basic Law and swear allegiance to the Region: Basic Law art 104. 憲法或法例規定在某些人就任公職時需就在任時履行職能及行事持正，作出的非宗教宣誓、聲明或承諾：例如《基本法》第104條。行政長官、主要官員、行政會成員及立法會成員，各級法院法官和其他香港特別行政區的司法人員，根據法例規定，必須在就職時均宣誓效忠香港特別行政區：《基本法》第104條。 |
