| 释义 | 自治政府 The government of a country, state, territory, or nation by and for its own people. Self-government exists when a country has full control of its internal domestic policy and conducts its external relations and foreign policy with full independence and autonomy free from outside interference or pressure. It does not apply to a proxy state, a colony, or satellite state.
