| 释义 | 代理之婚姻 A marriage organised, contracted, and celebrated through an agent of the wife, husband, or both, who represents and acts on behalf of the parties. In order to be legally valid, such a marriage must comply with the requirements of a conventional marriage, except in that the contracting parties are represented by their authorised agents.
