释义	判給的公布 An award is considered published in domestic arbitration when as required, an arbitration records making an award and informs the parties that an award has been made. No particular form needs to be followed in recording the award. The parties need not know the content of the award, only that it exists: Brooke v Mitchell (1840) 6 M & W 473. For international arbitration, an award must be in writing as is prescribed by the Model Law. It must be signed by the arbitrators and usually, reasons must be given for the amount awarded. Further, it must state the date and place of the award, after which it will be considered published.
