释义	航空機票 A document prepared by or on behalf of a carrier by air and tendered to the intending passenger in return for the fare. The airline ticket so tendered must contain some specified particulars: Warsaw convention Art 3(1); Carriage by Air Ordinance (Cap 500) sch 4 pt I art 3(1). It constitutes prima facie evidence of the existence of contract of carriage but may not be conclusive evidence of the terms of the contract. Also know as ‘passenger ticket’: MacRobertson Miller Airline Services v Cmr of State Taxation (WA) (1975) 133 CLR 125. 收取旅費作代價，由航空承運人或代其向準乘客發出的文件。如此發出的航空機票必須載有某些指定的資料：《華沙公約》第3(1)條；《航空運輸條例》（第500章）附表4第I部第3條。航空機票構成運輸合約的存在的表面證據，但不一定是合約條款的最終證據。另稱「乘客機票」：MacRobertson Miller Airline Services v Cmr of State Taxation (WA) (1975) 133 CLR 125。
