释义	空中交通管制 A system of supervision of air traffic established by the air traffic control unit in accordance with the regulations under the Civil Aviation Ordinance (Cap 448) in compliance with the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago Convention) 1944 to which Hong Kong is a signatory. Air traffic control operates at the airport: Airport Authority Bylaw (Cap 483A) s 2. Air traffic control unit may mean a person appointed by the Chief Executive or by any other person maintaining an aerodrome or place to give instructions or advice or both instructions and advice by means of radio signals to aircraft in the interests of safety but does not include a person so appointed solely to give information to aircraft: Air Navigation (Hong Kong) Order 1995 (Cap 448C) O 98.
