| 释义 | 銀行結單 A statement of a customer’s account periodically supplied by the bank to the customer. It contains the opening and closing balance and all debits and credits during the period. A bank statement or passbook is prima facie evidence against both the bank and the customer of the account balance: Akrokerri (Atlantic) Mines Ltd v Economic Bank [1904] 2 KB 465, [1904-1907] All ER Rep 1054.
