| 释义 | 被動信託 A trust in which a person holds the property on trust for a single beneficiary. The trustee under a bare trust has no active duty to perform other than conveying the estate to his cestui qui trust, when he is called upon to do so: Saunders v Vautier (1841) 4 Beav 115, Re Cunningham and Frayling [1891] 2 Ch 567; Re Morton and Hallett (1880) 15 D 143 (CA).
