| 释义 | 無條件特許 A licence to enter and occupy land but which does not create any interest in land. It is a personal interest which cannot be transferred. When the licensor is given the right to occupation or access to land, the bare licence will operate as a shield or defence to an action or trespass. A bare licence gives no right to exclusive possession and is revocable at the will of the licensee at any time. It is not registrable as an interest in land.
