释义	禁令 An order made by an authority excluding a person from the security industry or the futures industry. In Hong Kong, all persons practising as brokers, dealers, traders in the securities or futures industry are required to obtain a licence by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). The SFC has the power to revoke, suspend or reject the application for a licence: Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap 571) ss 116(2), (3), 117(20), 119(4), (7), 120(3), (4), 121(2).
