| 释义 | 買方代表條款 A clause contained in an agreement for the sale and purchase of a vessel stipulating that the seller allows the buyer’s representative to be present on board the vessel before the delivery to familiarise with the manoeuvrability, capacity and general operation of the vessel. It also stipulates that the representative boards the vessel at the sole risk and expenses of the buyer.
