| 释义 | 銀行簿冊內的虛假記項 A person who, with intent to defraud, (a) makes any false entry or alters any word or figure in any bank books or (b) in any manner falsifies any of the accounts of any such owners in any of the said books; or (c) makes any transfer of any share or interest in any such deposit or stock in the name of any person not being the true and lawful owner of such share or interest, is guilty of an offence: Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200) s 85. 任何人意圖欺詐而(a)在任何銀行帳目簿冊內作出虛假記項或更改文字或數字或 (b) 以任何方式在任何該等簿冊內捏改有關該等有人的任何帳目；或(c) 將該等存款或股額的股份或權益轉讓至並非真正及合法擁有該等股份或權益的人名下，即屬犯罪：《刑事罪行條例 》（第200章）第85條。 |
