释义	虛假藉口 A representation of existing fact which is known to be untrue by the person making the representation at the time of the making of the representation. A person who procures another person by false pretences to do an unlawful sexual act in Hong Kong or elsewhere shall be guilty of the offence of procurement by false pretence: Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200) s 120(1). It includes a pretence relating to the past, the present or the future and pretence as to the intention of the person using the pretence or any other person: s 120(2). 作出申述的人在作出申述時已知道現有事實的申述並非屬實。任何人以虛假藉口，促致另一人在香港或外地作非法的性行為，即屬觸犯以虛假藉口促致他人作非法的性行為的罪行：《刑事罪行條例》（第200章）第120(1)條。藉口包括與過去、現在或將來有關的藉口，亦包括與使用藉口的人或任何其他人的意圖有關的藉口：第120(2)條。
