释义	大律師公會執行委員會 It means the Council of the Hong Kong Bar Association: Legal Practitioners Ordinance (Cap 159) s 2. The Bar Council has the right of audience before a Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal and a Court of law in relation to proceedings such as admission of barristers, the practice, conduct and discipline of a barrister. The Bar Council is responsible for receiving and considering complaints against barristers and for forwarding justifiable complaints to the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal for determination: (Cap 159) ss 33, 35. 即香港大律師公會執行委員會：《法律執業者條例》（第159章）第2條。大律師公會執行委員會於大律師紀律審裁組及關於例如認許大律師資格、大律師執業、操守及紀律的程序的法院席前，均享出庭發言權。大律師公會執行委員會負責接受及考慮對大律師的投訴，並將有理由支持的投訴轉交大律師紀律審裁組裁定：《法律執業者條例》（第159章）第33及35條。
