释义	遺囑公布 A declaration by the testator in front of witnesses that a document is his or her will. No form of attestation or publication shall be necessary for a will to be valid (Wills Ordinance (Cap 30) ss 5(1), (8) and there is no central depository in Hong Kong for wills although it is of course common for wills to be deposited in banks or with solicitors. However, a will must be made in writing and signed by the testator or his or her representative in front of two witnesses: Wills Ordinance (Cap 30) s 5(1)(a), (c). The validity of a will is judged by the intention of the testator: s 5(1)(b).
