释义	貨船 1. Generally, a ship equipped to carry cargo. The principle feature of a cargo ship is that it has an extensive hold for stowing cargo. 2. A ship which is neither a passenger ship, nor a troop ship; nor a trawler to which the Merchant Shipping Ordinance (Cap 281) pt XII applies; nor a vessel which is for the time being used for any purpose by the Hong Kong Government or any state; nor a vessel authorised by virtue of a passenger and safety certificate to carry passengers with River Trade Limits; nor a vessel required to be licensed under the Shipping and Port Control Ordinance (Cap 313) pt IV; nor a ship not propelled by mechanical means under the Shipping (Safety) (Cargo Ship Construction and Survey) (Ships Built on or After 1 September 1984) Regulations (Cap 369S) reg 1(3A). See also Cargo; Passenger ship. 1.通常指能夠裝載貨物的船舶。一艘貨船最主要的特徵是有一個很大的貨艙以裝載貨物。　　2.不屬以下種類的船舶：客船；適用《商船條例》（第281章）第XII部分的拖網船；暫時為了某目的而供香港政府或者任何國家使用的船舶；由於得到乘客和安全執照的授權而在內河航限上運送乘客的船；需要根據《船舶及港口管制條例》（第313章）第IV部分下頒發執照的船；在《商船（安全）（貨船構造及檢驗）（1984年9月1日或之後建造的船舶）規例》（第369章AC）規例1(3A)內用非機械的方式來推行的船。另見 Cargo; Passenger ship。
