释义 | 選定的居籍 A true, fixed, and permanent home acquired by a person who intends to surrender his or her old domicile and establish a new one, and has the intention of remaining there indefinitely. In proving domicile of choice, it is unnecessary to state in evidence that one intends to remain in a place come what may: John Flanders Coyne (No 2) v Edna Patricia [1960] HKLR 163 (FC). A person’s domicile of choice continues until he or she acquires a new one.
