| 释义 | 接管 The process in which a receiver is appointed to a company to collect or protect property for the benefit either of the appointer or the persons ultimately held entitled to that property. Receivership may arise pursuant to an agreement between the parties, pursuant to statute, or be ordered by the court in exercise of its equitable jurisdiction. Receivership is typically instituted where a company is at or near insolvency.
