释义 | 出生時的居籍 The true, fixed, and permanent home that attaches at birth to an individual by force of law. If a domicile of choice is abandoned the domicile of origin revives until a new domicile of choice is acquired. To every person, at or as from birth, the law attributes a domicile of origin, which may be changed in due course and a domicile of choice acquired: Henderson v Henderson [1967] P 77, [1965] 1 All ER 179.
