| 释义 | 建築工程 The construction, erection, installation, reconstruction, repair, maintenance (including redecoration and external cleaning), renewal, removal, alteration, improvement, dismantling, or demolition of any structure or works specified in the Factory and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance sch 3; any work involved in preparing for any operation including the laying of foundations and the excavation of earth and rock prior to the laying of foundations; the use of machinery, plant, tools, gear and material: Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance (Cap 59) s 2; Immigration Ordinance (Cap 115); Builders’ Lifts and Tower Working Platforms (Safety) Ordinance (Cap 470). It means any or more of the following activities: building works, works associated with the provision of utilities, road works, reclamation, dumping, quarrying: Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap 374) s 120. It includes any work in connection with or for the construction demolition, reconstruction, shoring, alteration, maintenance or repair, of the whole or any part of any building, arch, bridge, chimney, dock, hoarding, shelter, tunnel, wall, pier, wharf or other structure or any road, slope, embankment, street, railway, tramway, airport, channel, drain, service lane, sewer, water conduit, lighting or public utility; any work in connection with of for the extraction from the earth of any matter whatsoever; any work in connection with or for the reclamation of any foreshore and sea-bed, dredging or any work in connection with dredging, piling or any work in connection with piling: Noise Control Ordinance (Cap 400) s 2. 建造、架設、安裝、重建、修葺、維修（包括重新修飾及外圍清理）、翻新、遷移、改動、改善、拆除或拆卸《工廠及工業經營條例》附表3所指明的任何構築物或工程；為預備進行任何工程行動而涉及的任何工程，包括鋪築地基和鋪築地基前的挖掘泥土及沙石工程；使用機械、工業裝置、工具、裝置及物料：《工廠及工業經營條例》（第59章）第2條。《入境條例》（第115章）；《建築工地升降機及塔式工作平台(安全)條例》（第470章）。指以下任何一項或多項的活動：建築工程；與提供公用設施有關連的工程；道路工程；填海工程；傾卸泥頭；採石：《道路交通條例》（第374章）第120條。包括任何建築、拆卸、重建、支撐、改建、維修或修葺整個或部分建築物、拱形結構、橋樑、煙、船塢、圍板、遮蔽處、隧道、牆壁、碼頭、貨運碼頭或其他建造物、或任何路、斜坡、堤、街、鐵路、軌道、機場、水道或溝渠、排水渠、供維修用通道、污水渠、引水道、照明設備或公共設施的工程，或與此等工程有關的任何工程；任何從土地挖取任何物體的工程或與此有關的任何工程；任何在前濱及海床進行的填海工程，或與此有關的任何工程；浚挖或任何與浚挖有關的工程；打樁工程或任何與打樁工程有關的工程：《噪音管制條例》（第400章）第2條。 |
