| 释义 | 遺囑認證的司法管轄權 The power of the High Court to make orders relating to probate and administration of deceased estates. Probate jurisdiction enables the court to grant probates of wills and letters of administration to the estates of deceased persons and to alter or revoke such grants: Probate and Administration Ordinance (Cap 10) s 3(1). The court has jurisdiction to make a grant of probate or administration in respect of a deceased person notwithstanding that the deceased person left no estate: s 3(2). The court has jurisdiction to reseal grants of probate and letters of administration made by a court of probate in the United Kingdom: s 49.
