释义	法律程序文件送達人 A person who effects service of a court document or legal process on behalf of another person. In relation to service of process from a country or a place outside Hong Kong, a process serve is the Chief Bailiff or his authorised agent: The Rules of the High Court (Cap 4A) O 69 rr 1, 4. The process server must provide the Registrar with proof of service either by affidavit or by a certificate or report in such form as the Registrar directs: r 3(4).
