| 释义 | 法律構定的委托保管 A non-consensual bailment where the law imposes on a person having possession of a chattel the obligation to deliver the chattel to another by reason of the circumstances in which the first mentioned person has possession or gained possession of the chattel. Also known as ‘extended bailment’, ‘involuntary bailment’ or ‘quasi-bailment’.
