| 释义 | 證券化安排 An arrangement involving the funding or proposed funding of loans that are provided by a credit provider, or the purchase of loans by a credit provider, by issuing instruments or entitlements to investors. The income provided by the securities will derive directly or indirectly by the performance of the original loans. The most popular form of securitisation involves mortgages which are pooled and sold by unit to investors.
