释义	無受害人士的罪行 A crime which, although an offence under a statute or at common law, is committed between willing partners or in a situation where there is no person against whom the crime is committed. In such an offence, no one person can be identified as suffering any loss or damage. Drug offences, prostitution, distribution of obscene literature, and some forms of gambling are often classed as victimless crimes. It is suggested that the community in general is the victim of such offences.
