释义	簽證 A permission contained in a travel document which is issued by or on behalf of the immigration authorities of the country a person wishes to enter, unless that person or that class of person is exempted. That permission may contain prohibitions or restrictions of employment, study, and may prescribe the maximum length of stay. For those who do not have the right of abode in Hong Kong, a visa is required for them to enter into Hong Kong, unless they are holders of passports that are issued by countries or territories that are exempted by Hong Kong. The visa to enter into Hong Kong is issued by or on behalf of the Director of Immigration: Immigration Ordinance (Cap 115) s 61 (1).
