释义 | 簽證 A permission contained in a travel document which is issued by or on behalf of the immigration authorities of the country a person wishes to enter, unless that person or that class of person is exempted. That permission may contain prohibitions or restrictions of employment, study, and may prescribe the maximum length of stay. For those who do not have the right of abode in Hong Kong, a visa is required for them to enter into Hong Kong, unless they are holders of passports that are issued by countries or territories that are exempted by Hong Kong. The visa to enter into Hong Kong is issued by or on behalf of the Director of Immigration: Immigration Ordinance (Cap 115) s 61 (1). See also Entry permit. 當某人意欲進入某個國家,由該國的入境事務當局發出或代其發出,並載於旅行證件內的許可證,但獲豁免的人士或某類別的人士則不在此限。該許可證載有與受僱工作或學習有關的禁令或限制,並可訂明最長的逗留時間。在香港沒有居留權的人士,須獲發簽證方可進入香港,除非該人持有由香港豁免簽證的國家或地區所發出的護照。進入香港的簽證須由入境事務處處長所發出或代其發出:《入境條例》(第115章)第61(1)條。另見 Entry permit。n. |
