| 释义 | 簡易司法 The prosecution or imposition of punishment for an alleged transgression without the customary legal formalities or due process. For example, summary justice may be accorded without a jury, judge, magistrate, or legal representative. Summary justice is generally associated with the manner of control of persons and public order of totalitarian regimes.
