释义	大律師 A person who appears as an advocate before a court. Any barrister, advocate or solicitor having the right of audience before any court: Sir Michael Hogan, C.J. [1959] HKLR 335. It also means a person admitted before the Court of First Instance to practise as counsel: Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (Cap 1) s 2. Restrictively, counsel means a barrister who has been called to the Hong Kong Bar before a High Court Judge in the Court of First Instance.
