释义	職業 A person’s occupation, employment, business, profession, trade or calling: for example Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap 6) s 43 (2)(a); Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 345 (2)(d). It is included in the definition of ‘profession’: for example Sex Discrimination Ordinance (Cap 480) s 2. It is an offence for any person who procures or attempts to procure himself to be registered on any register or roll of persons qualified by law to practise any vocation or calling by wilfully making any declaration, certificate or representation which he knows to be false or fraudulent: Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200) s 37.
