释义	貨物保險條款 A clause in a policy of marine insurance defining the extent covered and detailed exclusions relating to loss and damage to cargo. A cargo clause may follow the form of the Institute Cargo Clauses introduced by the Institute of London Underwriters in 1982. The clause may cover either ‘all risks’ or only ‘restricted perils’.
