释义 | 不合理騷擾 A tort arising when a person unreasonably harasses another, interfering with the other’s exercise of the right to travel by means of a public highway, such as when picketers harass workers traveling to work. The tort was proposed in Thomas v National Union of Mineworkers (South Wales Area) [1986] 1 Ch 20, [1985] 2 All ER 1.
