| 释义 | 照顧及管束權 A term used in family law to describe an order giving a person the day to day care of, and responsibility for, a child. Generally, the party who has the care and control of a child is the party with whom the child lives. Currently, both parents have parental responsibility in relation to a child who is subject to an order to the Family Court.
