| 释义 | 未來版權 Copyright which will or may come into existence in respect of a future work or class of works or on the occurrence of a future event: Copyright Ordinance (Cap 528) s 102(2). Where a prospective owner purports to assign his future copyright to another person by an agreement which is signed, or, in case of a body corporate, is affixed its seal, by or on behalf of the prospective owner, on the copyright coming into existence, the assignee or his successor in title would be entitled, as against other persons, to require the copyright to be vested in him: Copyright Ordinance (Cap 528) ss 102(1), 197(1). An oral agreement to assign future copyright may create an equitable interest in favor of the assignee in equity: Takmay Industrial Co Ltd v Wah Sang Industrial Co [1977-1979] 1 HKC 115 (CA).
