| 释义 | 派遣國 A state which has established a diplomatic mission in another state. A sending state enjoys certain rights and is subject to certain obligations. It is entitled to complete protection of its mission, diplomats, premises, archives, and documents, and to immunity from the jurisdiction of the receiving state: Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations 1961 arts 22-25, 27, 29, 30-32. A sending state is obliged to recall a diplomat who has been declared persona non grata (an unacceptable person) by the receiving state: art 9. A sending state is entitled to unilaterally sever diplomatic relations with the receiving state: for example, art 45.
