| 释义 | 猥褻作為 An offence of a sexual nature involving conduct which right-minded persons would consider to be contrary to community standards of decency. An indecent act coupled with an assault is an indecent assault. Otherwise it is only a common assault. It is not necessary for the judge to direct the jury in detail as to what amounted to circumstances of indecency. This is a matter for the jury to decide: R v Mok Pak Wo [1980] HKC 238 (CA).
