释义	實際意圖 In contract law, the intention subjectively held by a party to a contract. Where there is admissible evidence of the actual express intention of the parties, the court will act on such intention accordingly. But where the intention is not expressed, the court must ascertain the intention of the parties objectively: Lui Kam Lau & Anor (Administrators of the estate of Ng Pui Lin, dec’d) v Leung Ming Fai [1994] 3 HKC 477 (HC).
