| 释义 | 收回土地或樓宇之訴訟 A writ arising out of the writ of trespass de ejectione firma (trespass by reason of lasting eviction). The action was first developed to allow a lessee to recover possession of land the subject of a lease, but was later used by freeholders to recover estates in land. The action made obsolete the cumbersome and technical real actions, being much more flexible and convenient despite the many fictions used.
